Driver Profile

Mackenzie Taylor is an exceptionally talented, young driver who has been karting for just under three years. Starting out racing in the Honda GX160 class plus Gx200, Mackenzie gained considerable experience through competing and learning from his friendly competition on the track.

In 2017, Mackenzie moved up the ladder and entered into Stretton gx200 Winter championship coming out with outstanding results. At the end of the championship, Mackenzie placed 4th overall which was a huge achievement for the budding driver.

Due to the exceptional results achieved throughout 2018, Mackenzie was moved into the Birel Art UK Championship for the last three rounds of the season, with results of always being in the top 10 out of the 21 strong driver grid and now has a strong plan of attack for 2019.

Mackenzie is planning what his future might hold, and taking consideration on the decisions he makes not just on the track but off it as well. His ultimate goal is to race in the British GT and be signed by a top team.

However, none of the above would have been possible without the support from his parents, older sister and of course, Mackenzie’s sponsors – Tailored Services and Northants Cabling Solutions
